How it Started

We started as Boxes for Beirut, a volunteer-led project launched in response to the August 2020 Beirut explosion. Our focus was on delivering food and essentials to displaced families. As needs grew, we also helped repair damaged homes and launched a small education program for children at risk of dropping out due to financial hardship.

Supporting Children's Education

As emergency aid needs declined, another need became more urgent: keeping children in school. The economic crisis made it harder for families to afford tuition and supplies. That’s when the Emmanuel Hope Project took shape. Now in its fourth year, it’s become our core mission—supporting children so they can continue their education, despite financial obstacles.

Where We’re Headed

We believe education is key to long-term change. Our goal is to reach more children across Lebanon by covering school costs and removing barriers to learning. With the support of our donors and partners, we’re working to make education more accessible—one student at a time.
